Bodycote – the world’s industry leader in heat treatment – has opened a new facility in Poland, located in Siechnice near Wroclaw.

Its modern equipment is designed to fulfill the heat treatment needs of automotive customers as well as general industry.  Amongst other heat treatment services, the facility can offer: oil quenching, carburising, vacuum carburising, nitrocarburising, annealing, cryogenic treatment, grinding.

​The plant’s equipment utilises PreNit technology (previously not available in Poland), which is a highly efficient method of vacuum carburising using pre-nitriding.

In addition to the Wroclaw plant, Bodycote operates four other Bodycote heat treatment facilities in Poland: Czestochowa, Swiebodzin, Warszawa and Zabrze.
