Redefining component manufacturing

Bodycote operates the largest Hot Isostatic Pressing network in the world. HIP is used to eliminate porosity in castings and consolidate powder metallurgy materials into fully dense components. Further, dissimilar materials can be bonded together to manufacture unique and cost-effective parts, allowing the flexibility of manufacturing complex components with minimal machining.
